1) Before you withdraw
- Make sure you have a valid wallet address for the same currency you’re withdrawing (BTC address for Bitcoin, ETH address for Ethereum, USDT address for Tether).
- Double-check you copied the address correctly. Sending to the wrong currency or address can result in permanent loss.
2) Submit your withdrawal request
- Log in to your Web3 Wheel account.
- Go to Dashboard → Payout Requests.
- Choose the currency (BTC, ETH, or USDT).
- Paste your wallet address for that currency.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw (or choose “withdraw all” if available).
- Click Submit Request.
You’ll see the request appear in your withdrawals list immediately.
3) Track status in real time
Each withdrawal shows a status:
